Leasing of Property – Portion of Meekatharra Airport to Viva Shell

Submissions are invited under section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 to comment on the proposal to lease a portion of land situated within Lot 33 (Part) on Deposited Plan 205573 to Viva Energy Australia Pty Ltd for the purposes of providing aviation fuel products to the Royal Flying Doctor Service base operations at the Meekatharra airport. The lease fee is $9,500.00 per annum in accordance with the market valuation report.

Submissions should be sent to the Chief Executive Officer at the address below closing at 4pm on Friday 14 June 2023.
