Meeka Creatives
Saturday 19th April 2025
(Multiple Dates Between Saturday 19th April 2025 & Saturday 20th December 2025)
Join like-minded creatives from in and around our community every month to make art together.
Bring along your own creative project or get involved in a professionally-led arts activity to build your skills and confidence using a range of mediums and techniques, from pencils to printmaking, stitching to sgraffito. These activities will be led voluntarily by local experienced and qualified Art Teacher and Arts Manager Bev Brosnan.
Session 1 Activity: Finding your lines: take line drawings further. Line drawings will be transformed into colourful textile art. A sewing machine will be set up at each session for learners to have a go. Crochet, knitting and macrame enthusiasts are also encouraged to come along and learn some new skills.
This is an all ages, free event which aims to connect creatives in our community.
